Family: His older brother was a muggle born wizard, at the begining of the war, Howard dissected him personally and presented his findings as a thesis for his PhD. Proud ex military father, mother died giving birth to him.
Personal: As a young boy Howard showed much interest in disecting things, as a mild genius he attended Univeristy majoring in Biology and Anatomy at age 17. At the begining of the war, he killed his brother to find out the internal workings of a magical beings, earning him a PhD. He now works as the head biologist at the anti magic university. His hatred and genius attracted the attention of the Witch Hunters whom now he leaks infomation so that they may better their technology.
