Family: The Auditore family has been long linked with the Witch Hunters, Vincents parents were both Witch Hunters are now deceased, the two hunters died in their 80's in a battle with a group of wizards.
Personal: Vincent was born into a witch hunter family and knew of magical existence long before the war started, he has been brought up with a seething hatred of witches and wizards beliving them to be evil, he assumed the rank of Elder at age 54, a year later a curse hit him in the shoulder and despite advanced medecine he still has a crippling scar.
